Project A - Client Scenario
The operations processes of a railcar manufacturer had been mapped and teams established to implement improvements.  The team leaders had no experience in managing projects and team members were employees of the facility with no project experience.

Mentored project managers of project teams established to address implementing process improvements  in the areas of:

  • Inspection Capacity

  • HFA (Held for Approval) Reduction

  • Layout Improvement

  • Policy Deployment

  • Communications/Recognition
