A - Client Scenario
No
systems documentation had been developed by contract programmers who
maintained a mission critical Laboratory Information System (LIS), nor was
there any understanding of the PC interfaces as run and supported for the
Information Systems organization.
In
cooperation of the Director of Technology conducted a review and
assessment of the technical documentation of the application and
associated PC interfaces as run and supported by the Information Systems
organization.
Based
on the assessment executed
Phase 1 of the recommendation to manage the team assigned to develop
high level business process and system flow documentation.
Established a team and planned, organized, and scheduled the initiative
to final deliverable. Managed communications, issues, project
scope and reporting to senior management.

B - Client Scenario
The
Ministry of Health needed to refine the definition of the Community Care
Access Centre (CCAC) environment to be consistent with the target business
environment and develop a framework for the work of the Ministry's Organizational
Change Groups as well as an overall strategy and presentation of that
strategy to the CCAC's and the Ministry.
Developed
a proposal to include the Background, objectives, scope, method and
approach.
